Our practice is dedicated to providing the finest gynecologic care in a personalized setting. In our surgical practice at Women and Infants Hospital, we concentrate on minimally invasive, laparoscopic, and hysteroscopic procedures for control of abnormal bleeding, pelvic pain, fibroid tumors, ovarian tumors, and endometriosis. Our office practice is centered on evaluation of abnormal pap smears, in office tubal ligation ( non surgical permanent sterilization for birth control), endometrial ablation ( non surgical control of heavy periods) and sexual problems. We also offer the full range of routine GYN care.

The doctors in our practice, Roger Ferland, MD and Rebecca Crichton, MD, are faculty members of the Department of OB/GYN at Women and Infants Hospital where Dr. Ferland also serves as Chief of the GYN Team. Dr. Ferland is also an Associate Clinical Professor of OB/GYN at Brown University Medical School. We are also Fellows of the American College of OB/GYN and Board Certified by the American Board of OB/GYN. 

Ms. Laurie Telfer-Whelan, a GYN Nurse Practitioner cares for our patients as well. Ms. Telfer-Whelan has extensive experience with young women and adolescents.
